The couple heartily tucked into a salad lunch during their latest appearance at the upmarket Mayfair eatery, where regular patron Saatchi frequently occupies the same spot.
Despite the restaurant’s reputation for serving high-quality sea-food, lettuce appeared to be the only thing on the menu as the billionaire art dealer, 75, dined out with TV fashion expert Trinny, 55.

Despite a drop in temperature Trinny clearly still had the record-breaking Easter weekend weather in mind as she stepped out in a breezy striped shirt dress and heavily tinted sunglasses.
The presenter added to her look with a pair of white deck shoes, while her brunette hair was conventionally styled with a simple centre parting.

In an interview with The Mail On Sunday, The Body Shape Bible author opened up about motherhood following the death of her ex husband Johnny Elichaoff in 2014.
Trinny, who is a mother to Lyla, 15, and stepmother to her ex Johnny Elichaoff’s son Zak, said: ‘I worry about being a single mother, but I get good counsel from Charles.
‘He has a fabulous daughter Phoebe, who is incredibly gracious and smart. He’s got a great child because he brought her up well.’

Speaking in a Facebook video, she said: ‘My figure for my age is good, but my figure’s fitness compared to five years ago is a fifth of what it was.
‘That’s my main focus. I’m going to get really fit in many different ways.’
