Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri insists his row with Kepa Arrizabalaga is over.
The Italian was incensed after his goalkeeper refused to be substituted in the Blues’ Carabao Cup final defeat to Manchester City last weekend.
Subsequently, Kepa was fined a week’s wages and watched from the bench as Chelsea secured a midweek win over Tottenham.
However he was restored to the beginning 11 at Fulham on Sunday and made a string of fantastic saves in a 2-1 victory to help maintain Chelsea’s top-four push.
Sarri advised talkSPORT: “Kepa made a mistake after which there was the response from the membership, there was a response from the technical workers so after this, the scenario is closed.
“So I believe it was regular to shut this case and put Kepa within the beginning 11.
“He’s a person, he understood the error so I’m actually very glad along with his efficiency.”
